INTRODUCTION

The wild ale from Grugg & Makk derives its flavor characteristics from the microflora of Iceland.

The ale is brewed with a special method based on the craftsmanship of the past and modern science. The result is a selection of drinks that shed light on biodiversity and the role of microbes in the environment. Every single valley in the country, beach, field and mountain peak contains a unique microflora that constantly changes, depending on the time of day, season - even the weather.

When making the wild ale, Grugg & Makk has developed a method to capture a unique moment - and put it in a bottle.
